I was involved in a 3 car accident, it was a rainy day.. traffic was moving smoothly until all cars came to a quick stop… I at the same time stopped safely including the car behind me.. but the third car hit the 2nd car pushing it into mine ( she didnt seem to be concentrating on the road earlier when i chekd ma rear view mirror..apparently her kid was in the bak seat n she kept chekin on him) .All 3 insurance hv claimed the third car is at fault including the cop. Apparently the third driver has filed a complain for ” too close driving” for me n the second driver. Are we at fault or is she at fault ?? do u think she will bring a lawyer wid her??

We do what we want. It was the car behind all the cars and it was she who had initiated the reaction will be chaƮne.Elle fault nouveau.Bonne luck. . . .
You have nothing to fear. If you and the person behind it stopped in time, obviously, was not too close. I simply hope that you fear. Relax and use your head and everything will be fine!
“Following too closely” refers to being too close to the car by the sudden stop, without touching them. If it leaves untouched the car in front of you, then by definition, do not follow too closely. The same applies to the person behind you
What does “driving too close” to him or the driver’s door? Anyway it does not brake in time for the course of his guilt. If he wins, said that the person in front was too close to you (which has a 1% chance of winning), the fee will go to the 2nd person. Nothing will happen to you.
