Ok. I was going through a McDonald’s parking lot when some guy flew out of his parking space hitting my car on the drivers side, around where the back seats are, leaving this huge dent and scratches. I don’t have collision insurance b/c it’s a ’91 and it’s more than the car is worth. Is there any way I can fix it for cheap? Or does anyone know where to get spare parts for cheap?
He took off like a bat out of hell so I only know what kind of car he was driving. I don’t know his licence plate or anything 
(when i got out of the car he ran a red light to get away from me)
