   cardboard absorbed the solvents in filler or something like that and the little fibers in it stick in the filler you can use plexi-glass or some scrap steel to mix up your filler

You might as well use duck tape lol. ok i cant beleave this. and expecialy showing other people that dont know. atleast make a metal patch panel and weld it in.Bondo brand is junk buy Evercoat. no profesional body shop uses red bondo brand. It will cost moor in the long run to take that **** off. ******* hack

    OK i DO RESTORATIONS FOR A LIVING. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. That will really make it rust holding moisture. Just replace the panal. why wast your time?? Paint is expensive. YOU CAN NOT STOP RUST UNLESS YOU CUT IT OUT. RUST IS CANCER. SANDBLASTING GRINDING AND BONDO JUST BUYS LITTLE TIME TILL YOUR PAINT BLISTERS AND YOU ARE FUCKED.THIS GUY IS A HACK, AND IS NO BODY MAN A RED NECK BACK YARD BODY MAN. A GOOD REPAIR

    a body shop quoted me 800 for rust repair that look like what this car has. I did a 250s merceds lots of rust around the moldings. 50 bucks later and patience im ready to paint. and i had fun….messing with my car.

    There is a chemical that STOPS rust period. Its a chemcal spray, not paint. You should use this if you do not cut out the rust. Use the acid free chemical if you are a beggine, it ciuld be dangerous. I have been doing body work for years. I have seen my own work re-rust out. Rustoleum or primer will NOT stop the rust completely.

    For sure. If your cars starts to rust, you need to completely cut away all existing rust, otherwise it will just start rusting again after a certain time.
