if so, does it influence your insurance policy, it is only minor damage
what happened is that we were just accidentaly
going backwards and crushed the part of building, not big damage to car and no to building

Goodluck…
even if the insurance company doesn’t pay one penny for the repairs, your rates can still increase just because you were involved in an accident. it really doesnt have anything to do w/ how much they pay.
if the damage is not from an accident but from something like hail, vandalism, a tree falling on your car, etc. it would be paid out under your comprehensive coverage if you carry it, and in this case your rates wouldn’t be affected.
What kind of damage? Beating it with a hammer?
You were “accidentally” going backwards and you Didn`t see a building. I know those buildings are pretty sneaky, hiding behind trees and jumping out causing you to hit them. You should put in a claim, then they will allow you to pick a repair shop. The amount they pay the shop will be several times more than they pay you unless you have a shop as well. Reason being, you don`t have to pay rent ,heat ,hydro, wages, insurance, etc. Your “claim” will cost you more in premiums than the repair. What is your deductible? If its more than the repair then forget it. Does your policy cover moronic liability?
Only if you have collision coverage on your vehicle. You will be subject to your deductible and your rates will go up if you don’t have accident forgiveness on your policy.
If the repairs are small pay it yourself.
