car left immoble in a non collision accident; Lost control and the curve ripped out my axle will I be covered?

   You’re covered for any damage less deductible up to the “book value” of your car. Just call your agent or the insurance company first thing in the morning. If you have towing coverage they will pay for getting your car to the shop as well.

   Covered under your collision coverage. The claim is subject to your deductible and will affect your rates (by how much it’s impossible to say since I have no idea who you are insured with or how you’re currently rated). Unless your vehicle is three years old or newer or is very valuable it will, more than likely, be totaled since the cost to reattach an axle would be quite extraordinary.

   Yes, but it will probably result in higher premiums.

   As this was down to a mechanical failure and you did not have an accident your insurance company will not pay for and damage caused.

   How does one rip out the axle without colliding with anything?
