Determining Fault in Car Accident? What do you think?
I just turned right from a busy street, and halfway through the block, another was exiting an ally, didnt stop, and ran right into my car, which I borrowed from my bf. We already spoke to insurance, and I am covered under his policy, BUT, he doenst have collision coverage, if its my fault. I dont think I could have done anything to stop the accident from happening, the guy ran into the side of my car, and smushed the wheel and drivers door in, so I couldnt drive away. Please give your opinion!
we didnt call the police. insurance co. will determine fault.
seems like they’re at fault if he were on the road and came when you hit are the cause
If you are on the main road and left him, I think he is responsible. If delivery is not an accident that is certainly the kind of case for Judge Judy style of the Court. I’m in the UK and we have different types of insurance here. (But, we have Judge Judy)
