Based on this, I think the driver should be placed on costs, the death of all concerned. I had no idea what is "authorized" how to "chat", but obviously not careful. At least twice he went to the female during the reading of a driver is back with his instructions. . .

Just shows what a little distraction can cause. The guy sounds quite competent, seems to have a handle on their work, but the talk has had its eye on the ball and killed him.

There is much irony in this post. One wonders why everyone is trying to blame someone, then jump right and blame pilotes.L plane was up and out of the helicopter. From what I understand, the pilots had no way of being. Regardless, the ATV has paid attention to two points in the point of becoming one, this whole matter could have been avoided.

I hear he spent the freq set wrong - if so, reads the wrong freq? (as he did not understand the instructions of the controller, the controller does not know he was not paying attention to repetition, and I know because of the horrible recording quality)

I'm pretty sure the vectors and altitudes we could see each other. The plane was a low wing was approached from below, you could see the plane if he stretched his head to the right. . . In any case, if bus drivers were sufficient to avoid collisions, it would be an ATC (or CT or CAWS GPWS or elsewhere). . .
