   This book combines “how-to” for the Civic and CR-V, but do not want with the detail and completeness that is Civic and CR-V owners. If you have a CR-V and want a complete manual … Keep his eyes open. Rating: 3 / 5

   I bought the only be disappointed. Each car has a list of common problems that relate almost all. This book is not mentioned. Squeeky clutch? No! Rocking Chair’s license? No! Gas cap open? not there. And they are very common in the years 2001-2002 civics. I have a civic dx 2001 manual. This book does not even show you how to properly replace the transmission oil too. Saw their show in pictures is not leaking transmission fluid plug. I also bought this book to my rear brakes (shoes correct) to. Of course, there is a step by step instructions with photos, unfortunately it is not, why? When removing the drum assembly entire shoe is behind the hub. They never show or say that it is supposed to be deleted, even on their pictures, it mysteriously disappeared! Forgot to mention that it is very difficult without deleting it, you can not just “pop” to remove everything out that way. The hub bearing is the way and it’s hard as hell, the brakes are replaced, with her in his way. Rating: 2 / 5

   I bought this book because I am sick and tired of being ignorant of the repair of vehicles. When I use my car to someone, I thank you, because I had no idea if it really with me. If I add my car to a car mechanic, I wanted to have more knowledge so I can talk intelligently with the mechanic on the course of action they recommend for my car to take. I also wanted to have the knowledge to know whether I could be a problem to solve itself. After reading the book I now have a better understanding of my 2001 Honda Civic EX, and I think I can make better decisions if I ever have a problem with my car. And I think I know enough to know if I could on the problem mien.Cependant, the book has to solve some shortcomings. He examined the interior ventilation filter, but it was not mentioned that are 2 filters instead of 1 Fortunately, our IKEA Advance Auto Parts, a computer, who knew that I needed to buy 2 filtres.Je do not think I have enough knowledge to disassemble the engine, but I think I know enough to change the brake pads. For these reasons, I recommend the book 3 out of a possible 5th Rating: 3 / 5

   I bought this book, how to change brake pads for a 2001 Honda Civic DX. He has the information I was looking for. (Note: I have not really yet so I’m not on the quality of the information provided comments) At the same time, I let my Hayne’s manual for my model thinking it would be good if two different sources of information. Revieweing two books I think text and photos are exactly the same in both books. You need to be published by the same company. So do not worry about buying two. (Note: In honor, I am posting the same review states for Hayne’s manual.) Rating: 5 / 5

   I was misled, the title of this book. I expected to show to cover the Honda CRV 2001, as the title suggests, but a short glance at the book not fit two diagrams, engine in the book my car.
