An international team of astronomers using the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope has discovered a ghostly ring of dark matter formed long ago during a colossal collision between two galaxy clusters. This is the first time that dark matter has been found with a distribution that differs substantially from the distribution of ordinary matter. Read more at: www.spacetelescope.org

@ Geiuy No, this is not a coincidence, but I think you are confusing correlation with causation. There is a correlation between rejection of organized religion and the probability that a person is a scientist, but there are other correlations, such as the delicate social situation, such as children, the social difficulties before puberty, and prolonged exposure to a society and the subculture that denounces religion and the existence of God in general and to be banned because of their intelligence as adults.
@ CommonRaven do not remember writing about people are less religious, I do not believe in the superiority or inferiority of human beings, for me it’s all about the environment in which a person is high. mine was an example to show that rationality and logical thinking makes people atheists or agnostics, irrationality, fear and ignorance makes people religious. do you think is just a coincidence that poor uneducated people are much more religious than wealthy educated?
@ Geiuy Oh Holy ****, that **** tired again. Logic errors inherent in your statement and implied that atheism is somehow linked to some form of superiority, are rubbish, waste is a true statement, although no value or bearing on both sides.
Is it me, or 4:29, he says he is out of the signing of the Holocaust?! I really should change the name of the program. . . or at least the pronunciation of the host!
Wow, only two galaxy clusters created this band so great? Too many speculations to call the ring of dark matter which is supposed to be invisible dark matter. He could have called an electromagnetic field can not take pictures of a field or EM. If dark matter, then why can not see in our own galaxy, Andromeda, or? They are much closer to 5 billion light years away does not mean. You may need to rethink this issue through.
With all these multiple images at different distances from the center of the overall objective of the lens, probably are not following all the shortest paths from the source image here. Of course, I suppose that is the target set is illuminated by the masses in the center, not some nonsense widely distributed in the plan of the dark matter lens to build.
The domino effect I am proposing here is a static gravitational potential to drive that moves only as a central mass move their center of gravity is shifting to the outside resumably propagation speed of light near static tion wave. It’s like a waterfall taken in the glass when the mass of the lens is fixed. When the source moves, the lens effect has been behind him, forming a cone pattern, I guess. .
I think it is a model widely licking circular gravity waves, like the ring of waves occurs when the water is affected. When the environment is affected in this scene is the center of mass of the black holes in the center. You can see the wave like a domino effect would be on an objective scale of at least 100,000 light years.
My father is a retired aerospace engineer who worked with higher guidance systems used on the telescope and I have a degree in physics. I think the theory of dark matter is an error caused by ignoring the Einstein field equations of the rotating mass and energy to join the rotation of the observers to be canceled. **** NASA and cover-ups and lies!
@ Geiuy so bad. . .
@ Torment3d is actually a good way of seeing things. . . thicker atmosphere that the planet would be able to trap more heat. . This would allow the planet to create life beyond the nearest star / sun whenever you want to call it. but at the same time again. . most, if not all forms of life on earth need water to live. . . a planet must always be in that range so that the water does not freeze or evaporate into nothing but steam.
Ovechkin100 @ oh I understand. What I said was – the size of our planet, and that the gravitational effect on us is really a cause for the rare cases of life, a planet that has been said, twice our size, resulting in life making it easier to manage due to a thicker atmosphere, but obviously – much harder to lose when it comes to space exploration. hehe
@ Actuall torment3d about 60% of the planets in the universe are small terrestrial planets like we live in, (earth), Mars, Venus, Mercury. . . and the other 40% for large gaseous planets like Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus. what I mean, 60% of our planets there. . . There is a certain image that comes when we are just enough so that water does not evaporate, but close enough to the water from freezing malfunctioned. . . and have an atmosphere.
@ Ovechkin100 would not be too far from the truth. The possibility of life on the planet, is actually much more likely in the larger planets than ours.
I have a question. Its seems to be much that’s missing mass of our universe. We hope that all possible means that could explain it. Isin’t radiation mass, accelerates protons, neutrons, electrons, photons, and maby even to the quantum level. We calculated that the mass in the theory of mass loss. Check out my video about dark matter
@ CelestialHarvester I was responding to someone who was kissing in God and Jesus ******* Christ
@ Geiuy is not related to dark matter and who cares more, right?
Has anyone ever considered that groups of dark matter may be the end of the black hole? or am I crazy?
@ Geiuy because scientists are intelligent and logical – much more than average.
@ Geiuy and 90% in the last 7% are math or social studies Sciense: P
In addition, this video shows the dark matter particles “fall” toward the center of gravity combined, then bounce back, I think it might be some things about the nature of this collection. Could be superluminal (ie, the square root or imaginary supersymetrical (from negative) mass, or distort space-time in a different way of normale.Il issue could also be training in space-time theory can explain strings (10-11 or more dimensions?).
@ Woostercat a mathematician Blaise Pascal can be smart, but Fraser said any sense, because Catholicism was the state religion of France and everyone was religious while he is alive
@ Geiuy Most statistics are compiled on the ground. But yes, many scientists are athiests / agnostics. “Men despise religion. They hate and fear it could be true.” Blaise Pascal
No, this phenomenon is the lens magnify gravity. When light passes near a field of gravity is very strong, it is refracted and change their behavior.
