Allied Insurance in KS has repeatedly used my name wrong on a collision course. I have corrected again and again, but it’s still wrong. Can I, when removed from my record so my insurance will not?

I don’t think that will work. If they have never changed it, but you have continued to use this service regardless of the change, then you are conceding at the time of payment. Even if you could, the insurance rates are based on your DMV record…….that is where they get the driver’s info from.
No you can’t. Even if they use the wrong name, it’s still your driver license number and address on the policy.
If repeated requests to the Insurance Company to fix this have not been successful, contact your State Insurance Commissioner.
were you in the collision? is there a police report? if so, you should pick up a copy. you may need to speak with officer who wrote report and have him/her correct it.
You should be able to contact your secretary of state or DMV and explain your concerns and the issue to them. They would be able to correct any mistakes there may be on your driving record.
