I looked at a 2005 Honda Accord at a dealership. It has 86,000K and it is a 4 cylinder 2.4L sedan for $12,500. CarProof shows it is a Quebec car, and that it was involved in a front end right side collision ($900 damage).
It is in excellent condition in and out and drives smooth (i test drove it).
But ive heard bad stories about Quebec cars. Should I buy it?

Coming from Quebec is not the problem. The problem is it had front end damage. Avoid!!
