Is this scenario covered under COMPREHENSIVE or COLLISION auto insurace coverage?
If the vehicle in front of me dropped something and damaged my car and the truck to drive on, I’m reporting on my comprehensive or collision? Thank you.

Hello, you most certainly are. If push comes to shove then uninsured motorist will work. Get police report
with my insurance company it depends on if the object fell onto the road and you struck it (coll) or if it fell directly onto your vehicle (comp). call your insurance company to be sure.
This is filed as a comp claim…
One of those coverages will apply.
Which one – depends on what part of the car was damaged.
Usually if the damage is low- front bumper, air dam, under carriage – collision.
If the damage is high – grille, hood, windshield – comp.
