I had an accident last week and hitting a pole in our building.
Radiator damaged and I had to tow the car to an “Auto sale & service shop” recommended by a friend in Mississauga.
The mechanic at first check told me around $2000 just for Body repair (Replacing Radiator, bumper, hood, lamp, etc… ) and extra $1000 for wheel assembly, second day he come to the price $3700 for total. Yesterday when I went there, he had replaced hood and driver side, and some parts in frame, but I wheel was not look bad and I am not sure why he is insisting that wheel assembly needed to get replace. Even without alignment is was looking pretty strait. I feel rip off and I don’t know what I should do. I don’t know any trusted mechanic. Can I hire any inspector? Is there any where to complain?
