@ Cfresh138 not know what I joined the army, but was 7 years old and I love every minute. I was on air units over my career, and despise the day I go to a leg unit.
@ That TacticalNukeProject woulda had to leave or get a level with the other, then coulda understood how they came. and landings are not really hurt all the time to keep ur feet and knees together and a good parachute landing fall. However, I have seen people injured unpleasant bad landing

im at 82. . we do a lot of running, short as 6 miles 3-5 times a week. That is what we PT lol. still have muscular failure after our takes about 15 minutes, and a full day devoted to muscular failure, and a full day of walking with backpack. . But when I jump, that’s what I fear most is collided with other skydivers. I can deal with the holes in my parachute static line or bad because I have a parachute, but still.

@ Marleynrs8Il is difficult to explain the man. Rarely go into battle today. However, I think what makes our unit is preferable that a paratrooper has the courage and commitment to jump. The courage and commitment issues then translates into a better tactical training, physical training, and a “done” attitude. That’s the best I can explain why air units are of better quality.
