My car was in an accident, I wasn’t driving my sister was. I have no collision coverage only liability and fire protection. The car is totaled.
She hit 4 other parked cars- when the car spun out of control-(worried about being sued for those- not much damage). I did not give consent to let her drive as she has no license. I was sleeping and now have no car.
I have no money for this and worried will I be sued. She was arrested for driving with out license and without consent. What will happen to me. police told me when I asked them, “if I should charge her” they said no we(the police) have charged her with driving vehicle without consent. Does that help me in regards to not being sued
