A passenger ferry with nearly 1000 people on board broke free early Friday from heavy pack ice that had trapped it for hours in the Baltic Sea of Sweden’s east coast. Dozens of other ships remained stuck and awaiting assistance. (March 4)

@ Hiphop242, I would not say that the ferries have a capacity to “break the ice” with bulbous bows, etc. are only strengthened for navigation (independent if 1A Super) on ice.

OK, suppose that pollution does not cause GW. It has been shown that pollution is bad for health. Anyway, there are good reasons to avoid it. Besides this, the man must begin to respect nature a little more, because it is beautiful and something that we must preserve for future generations. I believe in GW, but even without, it is best to begin to respect Mother Earth!
