   I was disappointed by this book. Maybe I’m expecting too much after reading D. Hough Master of Motorcycling “, but this book pales in comparison. Badly adjusted (could be reduced by one third or more), garrulous, sometimes downright bad (especially when it comes to statistics) and full of generalities. It’s cheap, but even more expensive Master Motorcycling gives you more for your money. Rating: 2 / 5

   Overall I liked the book a little. It has lots of good information, including strategies and techniques of riding and much discussion of why accidents occur. It made me think about my driving style and how I can improve it to “ride smarter.” So it’s a good thing. The production values are very small book with some exceptions for some photos instead of fans. The use of color through a climax. I do not know Pat Hahn literature, but I suspect it is his (or her?) First book. Some of these needs better than to publish the writing, but it also seems a bit amateur. It does not affect the job well, and I congratulate the author for taking the time and make the effort to write a book like this. A highlight is the chapter on driving at night: “Do not drive at night.” Then the whole chapter. Rating: 4 / 5

   I’m pretty sure that Paul Hahn is an experienced driver, familiar with the motorcycle. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to be sure to read this book. There are a few grains of wisdom buried in the actual battery useless and repetitive verbage. The statistics are alarming in a anaylized, vaguely, that the results of the best tenuious conclusions. anecdotal events are the substance of the book to the additions of illustration, it should be. A ruthless editor, some illustrations and a hundred pages shorter book would lead to a useful and easy to read. If you buy it? I think so. There are a few grains of wisdom and were well worth the hours of hard work to discover. Just take in small doses. Rating: 1 / 5

   This book offers a brilliant reflection on the constituency of the road safely, and is written in a very entertaining and downright fun. I read it from beginning to end the night he brought home. Not only do I enjoy it, I laughed out loud. Never before has a book on Motorcycle Safety I cracked. Most importantly, I learned things that can save my life. I was in a motorcycle 30 years, I am a licensed pilot, and it rose to 1,000,000 miles off the street. What I learned in this book has changed my riding. This book will make my next one million miles far safer than the last. Great job! Rating: 5 / 5

   A great leap forward in the world of motorcycle safety. As an instructor and enthusiast, I thought I reached the point where there was nothing to learn. There is more to learn – and much of it. While beginners can benefit from this book, riders will be happy to advanced information and more detail. Anyone who rides a motorcycle on the street should read this. This is not security “snoozefest.” It is very fun and interesting. It encompasses the study of Hurt, the basic strategies of motorcycle safety, choosing the safest route, when to run and when not to ride, visibility, positioning, techniques for the high-risk situations hierarchy of risks and categorization, the practice Display and experience the big picture of the theories about traffic and conflicts, and how to deal with distractions. It is fun and devil written in an easy to read, attractive format. The photographs and drawings are very well done. A better title would be, “Motorcycle, aversion to risk.” If you want to learn new ways of 101 ride safer and more intelligent, this book is for you. Rating: 5 / 5
