I had a car accident where I rear-ended someone – I was at fault. When I got out of the car to give my information to him, the other driver said it was ok and he refused to take down anything.I asked him about 2 or 3 times he said no don’t worry about it. I gave him my phone number and then he left. He didn’t even tell me him name. I did scratch his back bumper. Should I report this to the collision centre? I’m just scared he will come back to me to sue me later on.
Thanks for all the helpful answers – he didn’t want to give me his info and wouldn’t take mine. I did give him my phone number, which he did punch into his cell phone. I know that if I go to my insurance my rate will go up as this was my fault…

I would not worry about it. Depending on the age of the car I had, did not care. People (some) are a good heart, and perhaps just to be nice
I think the other driver was uninsured, so he wanted out of there was something odd about his behavior. Did you get the reg of the car? I think you should call the collision center and see what they say, they know better than me.
It sounds like you have a good person. Call your company and inform. Doing so could come back and bite you. if the police were not called, you can not eliminate all the points and the rate can never get bored. because they have no information, the company can not communicate, so they can not pay the claim unless it contacts you about and you get your information.
Definitely report them to your insurance company. They will not increase its rates because cela.De this way, you’re covered if the other party decides to cause trouble.
Yes, you must report, whether to cover the back, seems to have no insurance, but just to be safe, make sure that the legal system.
I do not want to report, because if u do, your insurance will increase to be at fault. I guess I did not have insurance, so I guess that worked for both of you
Actually, do not worry about it. Not much you can do at this point. He said he did not worry about it, and it seems that there was no damage minimes.En is what you demand. . . . I doubt that would happen with a little scratch. Not even bother.
