about amonth ago on my way to work i was switching lane only 1/4 of the way in the next lane going about 10km/hr when a car from behind me hit me going alot faster pushing me into the car in front of em and she hit the car in front of her. the first car had no damages at all, but the car i hit i bent the brackets on her trunk so she could not open it. the car that hit me hit and run. the car in front me called the police and her insurance company, i told her i would not be going through insurance becauseher car was a 1989 sunbird and in very bad condition and was not worth that. this girl then stated the repairs were over $2000 the blue book value of her car was like $300. i said i wanted some more estimates she refused to talk to me had her insurance company call me to tell me i was not to phone her evcery again and do all my dealing with her insurance broker. i state dthat i did not think i did that much in damges, the girl think i dented her bumper however i only hit her on the
on the lft side with my left side there was a crack on my front bumpoer, but with the way i was entering the lane there was no way possible that i made those damages. her insurance compnay said they would ahve an appraiser come out appraiser her car and then an investgater come out line our vehicles up and determine the damages. one month later i got a call form her insurance compant saying they settled with this girl for $690. can i dispute this?? no one lined out vehicles up or came to look at my vehicle no one has talked ot me about anything sinse the accident.
Any adivise thank you

You can argue, but you win, you should have just handed it to the insurance company and deal with them.
Long story short, who is at fault for the accident? It will change everything situation.Quelle however, was wrong to start a conversation with the other part of your account. We must allow the insurance company administering the insurance company does not use the Bluebook cela.La to determine the value of the car. They use a combination of Blackbook and the market. I think if the car was on the way, is much more than 300 dollars.Parlez-in to the insurance company and you know what you need / can do. Probably not is that you can / should do.
Call your insurance company now. involve them, that’s what you pay for. Unfortunately you are responsible for your damage that hit him from behind. Call your company and open a claim. if the damage is more than the value of the vehicle, your company does not pay, there will be a much easier time dealing with what they never could.
Talk to your insurance company about it. See what you think. Queen B is correct. Do what it says
If you have been beaten behind, I think the blame would fall on that hit. Contact your insurance and have to address this issue. No contacts with stakeholders. just talk to your insurance for you.
Unless there is damage to the rear of your vehicle can demonstrate that they are “pushed” to the vehicle ahead of you, this sounds like you rearend fille.Vous therefore liable for damages to your vehicle (regardless of status is the pre-loss) Do not have insurance? If so, call them and complain, then they can pay, not transporteur.Si others? Well suck and call it a loss, you must pay.
